Meet The Characters

Hi I am Mojoe, I am a super Rabbit

I don’t know how I got my powers, but I can do amazing things like fly and drive cars and lots lots more. Join me on my adventures and find out more about my super powers and how I use them to help people.
I am a giant lop-eared rabbit, we think my ancestors were French, we are a very large rabbit breed weighing more than 12lbs, or six bags of sugar!
I enjoy spending time with my friends Katie and George and eating hay and greens. Katie doesn’t sleep a lot, but we like taking a rest together. Being a super rabbit can be a bit tiring so I love cuddles and snoozing.

Hi I am Katie, I am a Guinea pig

I met Mojoe when she helped a farmer find some missing animals, we are great friends now and have had some amazing adventures with George my other best friend, I can’t wait for you to find out more.
I really enjoy jumping, digging and spending time with my friends. I like cuddles too! Did you know that I have four toes on my front feet and three on my back? These help me dig, which is one of mine and George’s favourite games. I like hiding too and eating hay, lettuce and fruit.

Hi I am George, I am a tortoise

I met Katie and Mojoe on the farm, now we spend lots of time together. It’s amazing what you see and do when you are friends with a super rabbit.
Did you know that tortoises are part of the turtle family? I live almost exclusively on land, I only go near water to drink or sometimes to bathe and cool down. Do you also know my ancestors are really really old and were alive about 200 million years ago.
I like climbing and digging, which is one of my favourite things. Katie likes hiding, but she is too good at it for me to find her; she can move a bit quicker than me!!

The Author

Hi I am Michael, I have two daughters who I loved reading books to when they were younger. There was always a story at the end of the day, even if I was away with work, I had recorded some and learned some too. We read stories you will know and love including The Gruffalo, We’re Going On a Bear Hunt, The Bartholomew & George series by Virginia Miller and many many more.

I always thought I might write a story and couldn’t be happier to see the series off and running, although my daughters are much older now, but still enjoy the books.

I have nine that are written, they still need a bit of tweaking, but they are fun to read, I have a couple of others in outline, a few others are just titles.

I love this book, Mojoe The Super Rabbit, as it introduces you to Mojoe and the other key characters in the series, but I think ‘Mojoe And The Ballerina’ and ‘Mojoe And The Missing Case’ are two of my other favourites; although I like them all in fairness. It’s been great watching people’s reactions as they read the drafts.

What Would You Say To Other People Thinking About Writing?2022-05-09T11:43:58+01:00

To be honest, I wasn’t very good at English at school, I did ok, but it never came easily. I would say just start writing, if you enjoy it that’s the main part. I had huge fun writing the stories so far, and in a busy life its actually quite a calm place for me when I am writing.

Mojoe The Super Rabbit was released on the March 31st, you can order through Amazon or direct through Olympia the publishers. I hope people have as much fun reading and sharing them with their family and children, as I had writing them and who knows if I get to meet you at some point, I’ll happily sign them for you.
